Terms of Sale
Acceptance of Contract Terms
All orders placed with Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp (internet, phone, fax, postal mail, and email) constitutes the acknowledgment and acceptance of all conditions listed on Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp Price List and all conditions listed below. All parts shall remain the property of Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp until paid for in full. All prices, availability, materials, design, and specifications are subject to change without notice. The following forms a legal agreement between you and Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp (Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp). By using this site you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use this site. The material provided on this site is protected by law, including, but not limited to, United States Copyright Law and international treaties. Any claim relating to the use of this site, its materials and any sales thereunder is governed by the law.
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original sellable packaging. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. Shipping charges are not refundable. All items must be shipped freight prepaid and double-boxed with the Return Authorization number displayed on the exterior. All warranty items will be returned freight prepaid. A copy of the Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp invoice must be included with all returns for credit and will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%. For a full refund (minus shipping and handling), merchandise must be in "new" or "like-new" condition. Returns will be credited at the price paid on the invoice (less any restocking fee). RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be issued before any returns can be made. We will not accept any returns without this number. Please write the number clearly on the outside of your returning package and tag the item[s] inside with your name and R.A. Number. The return must be received by Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp within 14 calendar days after the R.A. Number has been issued. The Return Authorization Number does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you, the customer. A refund, exchange, or core return will not be considered until all relevant items, hardware, and accessories have been returned to Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All custom entry fees and duty associated with any return or exchanges will be charged to the customer. A photo copy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact information with telephone number where we may be able to reach you. It is the responsibility of the customer / installer to verify the correctness of size and application of all parts before purchase and installation.
Use Restrictions
The copyright in all material provided on this site is held by Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp. Except as stated herein, none of the material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise without the prior written permission of Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp. You do NOT have Permission to display, copy or distribute and download the materials on this site for personal or commercial use. You can not "mirror" any material contained on this site. Any unauthorized use of any material contained on this site may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, and various other regulations and statutes.
Trademarks
The trademarks, service marks and logos (the "Trademarks") used and displayed on this site are registered and unregistered Trademarks of Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp and others. Nothing on this site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on this site without the written permission of the Trademark owner. Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law. Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp prohibits use of the Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp logo as a "hot" link to the Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp site unless establishment of such a link is approved in advance by Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp in writing.

Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE, VALIDITY, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY OF, OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF, OR OTHERWISE RESPECTING, THE MATERIALS OR PRODUCTS ON THIS SITE OR ANY SITES LINKED TO THIS SITE.
Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, HARM TO EQUIPMENT AND/OR PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, ARISING OUT OF THE USE, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS ON THIS SITE, EVEN IF Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp OR A Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF YOUR USE OF MATERIALS FROM THIS SITE RESULT IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION OF ANY ITEM YOU ASSUME ANY COST THEREOF. Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, entry error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for said product(s). Although your credit card normally is not charged prior to shipping an order, if your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Order Acceptance
Policy Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Sales Taxes
All orders shipped to any address within California must pay sales tax, currently at 8.25%, on all items.
Transmissions
Any material, information or idea you transmit to or post on this site by any means will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and may be disseminated or used by Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp or its affiliates for any purpose whatsoever. Not withstanding the foregoing, all personal data provided to Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp will be handled in accordance with Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp Privacy Policy. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this site any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the law.
Term of Use Revisions
Bobby Hull Jr. Shooting Camp may at any time revise these Terms of sale by updating this posting. By using this site, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the current Terms of sale to which you are bound.
