The Bobby Hull Jr. One Day Shooting Camps are specifically designed to improve your shooting skills through the teaching of proper shooting mechanics.
The biggest problem hockey players have is the ability to generate a hard, accurate shot coupled with a quick release to the target. Bobby Hull Jr.s One Day Shooting Camp techniques and drills are guaranteed to take your shot to the next level.
You will learn to shoot using the same techniques NHL ALL-STARS Bobby Hull Sr. And Brett Hull were taught as young hockey players. The camp lays out a step-by-step process, that is easy to understand and acquire.
Students will be taken through 120 minutes of on ice/court drills and instruction, that teaches the basic shot mechanics of the wrist shot, backhand shot, snap shot, one-time shot, the powerful slapshot as well as dekes and fakes.
Instructor to student ratios will be kept low. The on-ice sessions will consist of intense instruction, with that will analyze and correct shot mechanics in an effort to improve the speed, velocity and accuracy of the student s shot. The ice/court will be broken into two or three sections for every caliber shooter. Center ice/court will be used for the beginner shooters with the advanced and intermediate groups taking up residence in either end of the rink. Splitting each caliber allows the instructors to focus on the drills and techniques that are the most effective for that particular group. This technique maximizes the students ability to acquire the shooting skills as quickly as possible.
Each instructor of the Bobby Hull Jr. One Day Shooting Camp is a topnotch hockey player with a minimum of 10 years professional hockey instructing experience. In addition, each instructor is required to undertake an intensive training course before they are certified to become part of the One Day Shooting camps, so you know that you are getting the best instruction available in North America. As the founder of the Bobby Hull Jr. One Day Shooting Camps, I will be spending time with each and every student during the on-ice/court sessions to ensure the quality levels of the programs are not compromised and that each student gets the maximum value from the camp.
